Replacement/Return Policy
Everything Spaniel inspects all products when packaging your order, to ensure there are no defects present. If your item arrives broken, please send us a picture as proof within 24 hours of receiving it. We will assess the damage and ship out a replacement product at that time. If the product gets chewed on or if the product is broken in your care we will not offer a replacement.
Everything Spaniel will offer a refund for a product or order before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with a product that you received, you may send the product back with tags and in perfect condition within 7 days of receiving it. We will issue you a refund once we have received the returned product.
